Unloading trucks??????"?

Okay so I just got a job unloading trucks at big lots graveyard shift,my question is,is it tough like whats the most heaviest thing I would be unloading cause im pretty skinny but im certain I can carry 50 pounds cause that's what the job requires,so yeah,is there anything I can do to help me unload easier??

Purchase a back brace for the small of your back. Wear it every time you unload. Thus avoiding the pain and trip to the doctor.

proper use of a handtruck is really all you need to do/you just load it on to the handtruck and wheel it to the right area
