I know a lot more than my friends, I get higher grades then them. But a lot of the time in science(chemistry) I don't get anything! I find it really hard.

Chemistry, for me, is a bit special between sciences. In mathematics, you have to understand every single thesis, equation to be successful. In medicine and biology, you have to study, learn a lot of information you may not find too logical. Chemistry, on the other hand, is full of logic, and even if you don't get it all, you still have the chance to study.

Just spend time doing chemistry exercises. You will get better and better.
